At Shudh Saar, we are dedicated to delivering fresh and high-quality food products along with excellent customer service. Since our products are perishable in nature, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.
1. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Damaged or Spoiled Products: If the item is received in an unusable condition
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a different product than what you ordered

- Clear photos of the product showing the issue
Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
- Products that are partially consumed or not in original condition
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Change of mind after delivery
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possibleÂ
