I haven't recive my order. What should i do?

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time, please follow these steps:

I recived my order getting a refund. What can i do?

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@shudhsaar.com with your order number and clear photos of the product. How do i request a refund?

Are therte any items that can not be refunded?

Yes, since we deal with food products, most items are non-refundable once delivered due to hygiene and safety reasons.
